OTARIS Interactive Services GmbH is an IT service provider specializing in consulting and development of custom software, IT security, quality management and testing. As an independent consulting company, OTARIS supports its customers in optimizing business processes, testing and evaluating applications, services, infrastructures and hardware. OTARIS counsels on innovative methods and technologies and assists with digital transformation.
OTARIS tests IT systems, apps and IoT devices for security, data protection compliance and quality. In standardized security tests, applications, websites, cloud and network infrastructures are analyzed through vulnerability scans and penetration tests. OTARIS supports the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the implementation of a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC).
Our experts advise on protocols, architectures and infrastructures of communication standards such as LPWAN (LoRaWAN, SigFox), ISM band and current mobile communication standards (LTE A-Pro, 5G NR-V2X, NB-IoT, 5G). We use end-to-end measurements to capture the quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) of communication networks and services. We provide guidance in the selection and implementation of 5G campus networks.
We also focus on the topics of “Industry 4.0” and “Industrial Security”. We support the implementation of change processes and enable a secure implementation of digitalization projects, even in critical infrastructures, through a “Security by Design” approach.
In addition, we continuously develop our solid knowledge of IT security standards and cryptography in research and development projects. In this way, we keep our finger on the technological pulse and bring this expertise to customer projects.
